Abstract

The following table shows the revenue situation at 31 December 1980, together with the amounts of revenue expressed as a percentage of the estimates in the 1980 Bu.dget as adjusted by Supplementary and Ameniing Budget No 1 adopted on 20 November 1980 {adjustments to estimates of customs duties and agrioul tural levies} and Supplementary Budget No 2 adopted on 23 December 1980 (increase in the VAT rate and hence in own resources aooru.ing from VAT to cover additional expenditure on emergency aid to Italy and on the Social Fu.Dd).
