This Communication presents the results of the second edition of the Consumer Markets Scoreboard and complements the Commission’s broader market moni-toring exercise1 by providing additional information on the malfunctioning of markets from a consumer perspective. The main objective of the Scoreboard is to identify which parts of the internal market are not functioning well for consumers.
