dc.description.abstract | Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 creates a coherent framework for Community assistance for candidate countries and potential candidates. Article 6 (1) of that Regulation requires that the assistance shall be provided on the basis of Multi-annual Indicative Planning Documents (MIPD) established in close consultation with the national authorities. On 9 June 2009 the Commission adopted the MIPD 2009-2011 for Serbia3; on 16 June 2009 the Commission adopted the MIPD 2009-2011 for Montenegro and for the Multi-beneficiary programme; on 29 June 2009 the Commission adopted the MIPD 2009-2011 for Turkey and for the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia; on 1 July 2009 the Commission adopted the MIPD 2009-2011 for Bosnia and Herzegovina; on 9 July 2009 the Commission adopted the MIPD 2009-2011 for Croatia; on 10 July 2009 the Commission adopted the MIPD 2009-2011 for Kosovo*; and on 31 July 2009 the Commission adopted the MIPD 2009-2011 for Albania. |
