Abstract

Turkey benefits from all five components of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance(IPA)1 including: (IPA-I) the Transition Assistance and Institution Building component; (IPA-II) the Cross-Border Cooperation component which applies to border regions between beneficiaries from candidate and potential candidate countries and between them and EU Member States; (IPA III, IV and V) the Regional, Human Resources and Rural Development components.
