| dc.description.abstract | n Bulletin No 2/1972 of 'Statistical Studies and Sur-veys' the Statistical Office of the European Com-munities (SOEC) published the detailed results for the period 1964 to 1970 of the coordinated annual inquiry into capital investment in industry carried out in the six original Member States in accordance with a directive issued by the Council of the European Economic Community on 30 July 1964.1 Subsequently, SOEC has ensured the annual updat-ing of these statistical series, including progressively in its different publications the data referring to the three new Member States. The present publication gives the results of the in-quiries carried out within the Member States for the years 1975-1979. It contains also data for some Member States for the years 1980 (France, Italy, Netherland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Denmark) and 1981 (Netherland). |
