Abstract

Provisional publication of the new harmonized statistics on employees in employment according to classes of the General Industrial Classification of Economic Activities within the European Communities (NACE). Harmonized statistics on employees in employment according to NACE classes are drawn up annually on the basis of national surveys and processed applying Community concepts of both the definition of employees in employment and breakdown by activit.y. It refers to the situation at the end of March/beginning of April and covers all employees in employment on the territory of each Member State whatever the size of the establishment employing them.
