Eurosta's annual publication "DEMOG HIC STATISTICS 1981" contains detailed figures of the population by sex and a e groups, births, deaths, migration, marriages, divorces, expectation of l"fe, etc. up to 1981, for the individual Member States as well as for the Comm ity as a whole. 1982 data for the principal demograph · c series are available for most count-ries and are given in the table hereaf er. Countries have indicated that, for the most part, the 1982 data are provi ional.
