dc.description.abstract | The Consumer Markets Scoreboard was developed as a tool to help monitor markets from a consumer perspective. In this first section it screens the broad performance of markets across the economy against a range of key indicators: prices, complaints, switching, safety, and satisfaction. This will indicate which markets are at risk of not functioning well in terms of economic and social outcomes for consumers and where intervention may be needed. These sectors will be analysed further through in-depth market studies. |
