Abstract

The indices of industrial production are no longer published in this bulletin but are to be found in the new 'Industrial Short-Term Trends—Monthly' which is obtainable from the sales offices mentioned on the inside back cover. This bulletin contains data, in physical units on the production of 420 products. The German data refer to the Federal territory and Berlin (West). From 1977 data for the FR Germany no longer cover local units employing 10 persons or more, but local units of enterprises employing 20 persons or more. The footnotes can be found at the end of the bulletin.
