Eurostat estimates that the seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate In the European Union for the month of November j1994 was 10.7%, which repre-sents the same level as In the previous month a1d a fall of -0.1% by comparison with the month of November 1993. I The levelling-out of the rate of unemployment In •the European Union is also ap-parent in the individual Member States; In most'of them, the rate remains un-changed In relation to the previous month. The seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate for y lng persons fell during Novem. ber in most Member States, but because of increk'ses of +0.5% in Spain and Ire-land, the EU rate for this age-category actually rose by + 0.1 %.
