Thirteenth report on the activities of the European Social Fund - financial year 1984. Report from the Commission.

Abstract

This is the annual report of the European Social Fund for 1984, presented by the Commission to Parliament and the Council pursuant to Article 8 of Council Regulation No 2 950 I 8 3 of l 7 October 1983 on the implementation of Decision 83/516/EEC on the tasks of the European Social Fund. (l) Article 8 of Council Regulation EEC No 2950/83 provides that: "The Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and to the Council before l July of each year a report on the activities of the Fund during the preceding financial year".
