Abstract

The Commission has sent/to the Council two communications in which it out-lined what is considered to be the major elements necessary to deal with certain Questions which have arisen over strengthening the Community contribution to the conyergence of Member States" economic policies; and to resolve the problems that have arisen with regard to the United Kingdom over the Community budqet(COM(79)680 and -COM(80)SO)
