Abstract

On the initiative of the Go,ernntent of the French Republic and at the invitation of the Government of the Netherlands, the Heads of State or Government and the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Member States of the European Communiries met at The Hague on I and 2 December 1969. On the second day, the Commission of the European Communities was invited to pnllidpatc in rhe proceedtn&s of the Conference.
