This Commission Staff Working Document completes the Report from the Commission to the Council on the Follow-up to 2007 Discharge decisions {COM(2009) 682}. It presents in detail the answers to the 90 specific requests made by the Council in the comments accompanying its Recommendations on the 2007 Discharges.
