This Working Document completes the Report from the Commission to the Parliament on the Follow-up to 2003 Discharge Decisions {COM(2005)...final}. It presents in detail the answers to the 113 specific recommendations1made by the European Parliament in the comments accompanying its Resolutions on the 2003 Discharges.
